Stephen A. Simmons founded Smart Capital Management in 2004. He has been in the financial service business for more than two decades. Steve, through his affliation with Lincoln Investment has FINRA Series 7, 26 and 63 registrations and holds state securities registrations in many states including NY, CONN, FL, MASS, etc.
Steve received his BPS, Bachelors of Professional Studies degree in Business Management and is also a licensed insurance agent for Life and Health Annuities in the State of New York.

Mary Anne Simmons, co-founder of Smart Capital Management has an earned Bachelors Degree in Accounting, as well as her Masters Degree in Business Administration. She also currently holds a CPA designation from the state of Texas.
