"Graduate to a Better Future"
Message from the President, Stephen A. Simmons, CEO
Smart Capital Management, LLC is a company providing you with confidence. We have over 24 years of experience working with and being referred by a client list of successful educators, and their families who see us as their "future facilitator". Personally, I enjoy analyzing the details of your plan and, hopefully, come up with a simple solution to help you reach your objective. My wife, Mary Anne Simmons, CPA, MBA, is my partner in our business. I like to think of our business as a family affair, our family helping you and your family graduate to a better future.
We are the creator of SMART Transition Experience: for educators and couples.
We have developed a process that helps people focus on what matters most.
We start with a simple question: "If we were meeting here three years from today, looking back, what has to happen personally, professionally and financially for you to feel that you made progress?"
We then develop a plan working from the inside out; focusing our clients on what they feel will improve the quality of their lives.
Each plan we develop is unique to each and every client striving for what matters most in the SMART Transition Experience.
This site will not only introduce you to our company philosophy and services, but it will also offer a wealth of educational materials - articles, newsletters, calculators, and other tools - designed to keep you up-to-date on financial issues, strategies, and trends. This educational material is updated frequently. Also available are lists of upcoming financial workshops that you may want to attend.

SMART = Save Money And Reduce Taxes. If you are going to save money; why not reduce your taxes at the same time? i.e. using 403B, 401K, or IRA, etc.
